I began service with Ferrellgas in August 2025. Since becoming a customer, I have experienced ongoing issues including inconsistent pricing compared to competitors, repeated delays in propane delivery, and unprofessional interactions with employees in the Windsor/Elizabeth City area. Since January, due to inclement weather, I have placed two propane orders. Delivery times are ridiculous. Been waiting almost a week. But then they tell you we can give you same days delivery for 200$ or next day for 150$ after you already have to spend hundreds of dollars just to fill your tank. It’s not right. I feel like they purposely take long to deliver because they want people to spend more money. I have kids and have been waiting a week for my propane to be delivered.
