Communication always great I have never worried about running out of gas. They stay on top of my usage and needs.
For the first 9 years I used Ferrellgas they charged me about $35 a year for tank rental last year it more than doubled to over $70 a year. I’ve tried to get someone to explain why to no avail. I could see small increases but doubling it is ridiculous.
I have had to call at least 10 times over a 2 month period to get a tank removed and the tank is still there........
I have tried to get some information about installing gas pipe in a new house and want to charge to come out and see about running house gas lines . I will be talking to my niece and her husband about looking for someone else to supply propane
