Use any company besides them to get propane. Terrible customer service and abysmal service in general.
Communication always great I have never worried about running out of gas. They stay on top of my usage and needs.
For the first 9 years I used Ferrellgas they charged me about $35 a year for tank rental last year it more than doubled to over $70 a year. I’ve tried to get someone to explain why to no avail. I could see small increases but doubling it is ridiculous.
