This is my first experience with Ferrell Gas. The initial service of system was thorough.
When my tank gets to 35% I should have someone coming out to check it and fill it for me. I’m on the auto file and for the last year and a half. This has not been happening. I feel I should not call or text to have a feel they should be keeping an eye on my tank for me. Their computers should show when I’m needing to be filled up. Has anyone else had this trouble with them too?
Ferrellgas is a joke long wait times on phone. Do not honor their price match as advertised. Which is dishonest price sometime is $0.50 higher than local rates. Very crooked people to deal with checking my mail man pulled in my driveway asking about propane if we were interested gave big talk about the company being so good if needed anything please call left his card called him later he had quit the company acted like he never worked for them. Will not refund lease on tank when asked them to come and get it. It been months ... read more
I Love the fact that I can just text the gal in the office and she gets my order set up and delivered.
