Truck run through part of my front yard making large rut. Not happy
The man came delivered our gas and turned it off said we wasn’t home. I was here the hole time. Never came and knocked on the door I would have known if he did I have dogs inside that bark when people do.
OK,, I am not a large Consumer by any means. Getting close to needing to order. So, checked online to see where the price of LP home delivered is at in my area. No way to find out the price I was going to be charged by Feffellgas. The only way to do so is to place an order with the robot system. I did jump through all their hoops prior to ordering, thinking I could find out. But ,,, NOOOOO , only answer I received was to be assured I was getting a great deal. Rude staff for asking on price before buy from them.
I've never been more unhappy with a company in my life. I'm sure the local guys may be alright but God forbid you have to work with their phone service or customer service if you have any problems they will not help you. They were a day late on my install and had to come when Noone was home and they cut through my internet cable and underground downspout drainage, no help from customer service and when I wanted to cancel services Noone asked why or tried to save me as a customer.
