Would give zero if I could. Worst experience ever. Be ready to be freeze all winter and get the constant run around for deliveries. I rarely, if ever, leave negative reviews (check my Google) but this experience has been a nightmare- beware.
Drivers and CS staff are great to deal with and do their jobs well. The problem is that there is an apparent driver shortage and that has rendered the auto-fill system useless. Now, I have to call in to insist on getting a delivery. We live in a remote area in which National Grid's power supply is frequently effected by severe weather. Much like the other recent 1 star reviews, Ferrell Gas failed to live up to their delivery promises to us as well.
Over the last 10 days I have made 10 calls to Ferrill’s Customer Service Reps for my daughter. The first call her tanks were at 19% and now they are 7%. as little over a month ago Ferrill ran her out. The last call Customer Service Rep Cindy still could not guarantee a delivery for today. She said it was on he schedule which it’s been on since 2/24/26. This is ridiculous service! All I’ve had is excuse’s. Up until now I have been patient but now patience has worn very thin. I could've given it a 0 star if it allows me. This company had a no show for a scheduled delivery and kept feeding us lies of false promises. We had to use several space heaters and turned the room temperature really low to go by the past 10 days, while waiting for their delivery. They could just be honest wish us about supply or logistic issues. Yet they chose to lie. Not mention that they charge a lot more than fair market value.
