Predatory business practices IMHO, 2 incidents of their service work that weren't authorized by me. First was refunded, last they refuse to deal with. They overfilled tank and left in an unusable condition during winter. Finally fixed and wanted to charge me. I am slowly paying off my last bill and moving to a better local careier vs the Co-op. What a joke
I have been a customer of Ferrell Gas for several years. Their service has always been top-notch. When I call, they are kind and helpful. The propane delivery women and men are very professional. Great service for me for years.

I always experience excellent customer service from Ferrellgas. I'm part of the Galway Co Op and am so grateful to be rid of all the aggravation involved in dealing with other suppliers. Other companies are reluctant to give you "today's propane price". Unnecessary!! I trust Ferrellgas to always give me their best price. Also, kudos to Becky who is the most pleasant propane delivery person I've had thus far. So nice to see a capable woman in a male dominated industry. Keep up the great service 👍 Marlena V.
We put in an order for propane a month ago and still no fuel. When I called yesterday, customer service told me to wear a coat inside and consider purchasing an electric heater.
