Almost 2 weeks ago , we called the office and told them that we were low on propane gas. Then on Monday, we called them again to tell them that we were almost out and needed delivery. It’s now Thursday and when I called the office, they said try back tomorrow. Will let you know if you’re going to get it A delivery by the weekend. This is unacceptable We are currently looking for a different gas provider
Nearly a month ago, a Ferrell Gas truck took a wrong turn and drove up and down my driveway, causing damage to my property. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and was told a manager would follow up to discuss repairs, but I’m still waiting. I provided photos of the damage as well as pictures of the truck with its identifying numbers. Based on their lack of respect for other people’s property, I would never consider becoming a customer.
Not as reliable as they need to be. They installed a guage on the tank, billed me for the guage and install to monitor the level. After numerous times of telling us they would be here and not show, we feared them not showing and got another supplier. They finally arrived when the tank was down to 7%, the day before a extreme cold and snow were forecasted. We are going with a different supplier, they are not dependable.
If I could give them a zero I would! We came home from vacation to an empty propane tank on a 3 degrees temp day. We are-were-on a auto delivery monitoring system. Thank god we ran out the afternoon of our return. Our pipes would have froze. This also was not the first time they have let us run out. I switched to you for better rates. My initial tank fill was at $1.8990 per gallon. My second tank fill was at $4.4990 per gallon.
