Been with them when they was Skelgas. Even stayed when they named it Ferrell Gas. Almost 39 years. Last 3 years they don't want to fill tanks full. They only allow so many gallons at summer price. This is so when you do run out you pay more on the gallon plus a huge delivery fee. What a way to treat a loyal customers. Would not recommend them anymore. So we ran out this year. We had just moved to Marion, Indiana a few months ago. We never had a house with a propane tank as a backup heat source. We ran out of propane during the coldest temperatures last week. We called Farrells & were told it's the busiest time for them & scheduled us for the following week. I had 2 gentlemen service my home. 1 placed the 2 tanks I had delivered, made sure they had guages and leak tested all of the lines. Answered a lot of questions I had as well. A 2nd gentlemen brought the fill truck and filled the tanks. Both were very nice, respectful of my property and helped me get one of my fireplaces going. I cant remember their names, but they were kind and everything was successful. No complaints. I hope this helps them.
Answered my questions in a timely manner had a tank to me in less then a week, the gentleman was helpful and informative
