Called to get a fill up. They quoted me $6.79 a gallon. So I called all the propane suppliers in the area. All were in the $3 -$4 range. So I basically had no choice but to change companies. They came picked up my tank. Charged me $150 to pick it up. It took them 20 minutes plus $10.99 fuel surcharge. Plus I had already paid tank rental for a year. They gave me no credit. I would not recommend this company to anyone
I am new at this and needed "educating" about our under ground propane tank in back yard. Office staff was very patient in explaining how your system works. Chris Coats was really nice & went out of his way to help. He called me back when he was recovering for surgery & gave me info I needed to get questions answered. Nice guy & credit to your company.
We were able to get fast delivery and the driver was very personable and respectful.
HORRIBLE! Filled up our 150gallon tank even though we had a bad leak. (Drained in three months). Then charged us a huge fee to expedite fixing the leak and refilling. Now we had a different company come out and the tank was actually NEVER supposed to be filled because it had corroded too badly. They steal your money and do not care about being professional or accountable. DO NOT USE.
