The customer service rep was rude and uncooperative. I was requesting the price per gallon, and she stated that the price per gallon depended on the number of appliances for which the gas would be sourced. As a new home owner, I am not positive about what is sourced on propane, and when I asked how to figure this out, the woman got more upset and said she could not help me.
