My local Ferrell Gas company always does a great job when requested a gas propane fill. The truck drivers are very helpful and always courteous. Thanks.
I have bought gas for 3 or 4 years and never had a problem with service. When I join Ferrell Family they were a 5 star. And I am shocked at reviews now.
The question is "How was your last experience?" Two word response: Absolutely terrible!
One star is still too generous, honestly. After paying in full, we waited a week past the deliver-by date given by Ferrellgas. Supposedly, our tank was "red flagged" and the bonnet needed to be replaced. As a stay-at-home mom who is, in fact, at home 99% of the time, I never saw, nor heard, anyone. After trying 5 times to get past the "let me find your account" stage of customer service, and 2 online attempts that ended with "chat disconnected," we finally contacted a location in Alabama to get a refund.
