I have been relying on Ferrellgas for about 4 decades. The team is fantastic. They find a way to get to the tank in bad weather, the office is great answer questions, the auto refill is a blessing and I would not use anyone else. The FG team is the best . Dave, Harbor Beach on Lake Huron. Keep up the great work and stay safe.
Ferrellgas always takes good care of us, by giving us the best price and prompt delivery everytime we are in need of a refill. Just recently I called and placed an order for a refill and the associate let me know of a special and gave me the discounted rate which was lower than my contracted rate. Very happy customer here.
Ok my name is Larry and I'm setting here without heat right now and we just had a snow storm and all because there sales people are not trained properly because I'm on a month to month payment and was never told I had to call for a refill and was never told to call in or I'm not on auto refill so I'm here hoping my home doesn't freeze along with me and I'm not getting no call backs at all
