So, this was my 1st time EVER buying propane. Ferrellgas office staff did amazing!! Very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Even was able to get a good rate locked in for a year! The delivery driver was even 2 days early from ETA of delivery!!!! But where the biggest problem is... the office staff told me the driver would come in my house and light the pilot for my furnace.
