We love our driver James in Williamston! Don't like the automated system, it was better when we could drop by and talk to someone in a local office. But we're satisfied customers.
I have been very happy with Ferrel gas. I called recently to order gas and was told to check my tank level on my 500 gal tank. We order before winter. It's 50% but I have to strain my eyes and I'm not very sure when I check the gage. I was told there would be a $75 fine if I ordered before the tank below a certain per cent I think 30%. I told the secretary that I am not a ferrel employee and I can't read the gage properly. Also I have macula degeneration. I am concerned that this new fine will be imposed. terrible service. you cannot speak to anyone from a local office and if you request a request a service call to move a tank or have it buried they charge you for the call.
