My gas tank ran empty on one of the coldest days of the year, and Ferrell came through without hesitation. They promptly arranged a two-day delivery for a small additional fee, and the delivery was completed the very next day. The representative also took the time to explain their auto-fill program, which would help avoid additional fees in the future—information I truly appreciated. Since when does a Blue rhino Park in a handicap spot
Beware of hazmat and fuel surcharge fees. Called for pricing and Ferrell and L&L were the lowest around. Ferrell charged an extra $27 in fees!!!! L&L does not! That added an extra .10 to our fill up. They are not the cheapest!!! They get you in sneaky fees. I mean $11 for gas to travel 10 miles?????? $16 in Hazmat fees...thats excessive!!!
Best service possible. Delivery and service is the best, friendliest around.
