Had Ferrell gas for years and I’ve never had any problems . I have gas logs and I bought them at Home Depot, the driver helped me set them up when everyone else wants $ . I understand that when winter is here they work around the clock. I thank Ferrell gas for keeping me warm.
Had requested a refill on 2/17. Since then we have been rescheduled for delivery 3 times. Multiple phone calls to the Tazewell and the corporate office with no action. No follow up phone calls.
Gas ordered for 3+ weeks. Suppose to be delivered today. No show. Still dont know when.
We paid for our propane earlier this month. We ordered it at the earliest time we could according to how much propane we had left. We are now dangerously low, in the red, probably have only about 8% left in the tank. This is our only heat source other than a couple space heaters. It is super cold out. If they are behind because it's been colder then they need to hire more drivers or something and how about not take the holiday off. We called the company for the first time almost a month ago and after that 9 more times, and in all of them, we don’t have a specific date for the service and/or they don’t know what’s wrong with the system/scheduling. Shame! We just called again, because supposedly they should have come on 12/31 or 01/01 and nothing happened, as I expected. Do better, please.
