I honestly dread dealing with propane companies. Propane is ridiculously expensive and we sometimes can’t place and order when we should. So in turn when we finally are able to place and order by the time we even receive what we pay for upfront we always run out. Only solution I’ve been given is to just order at 20 to 30%…even though I’ve explained we sometimes just can’t afford to pay right at the time we are at 20 to 30 percent. Been with Ferrellgas since 1993. Great service and fair price. A number of years ago , a technician responded to an emergency no heat call at midnight. 20 degrees outside. He was there in 30 minutes. Need I say more!!?
Emergency line doesn't pick up when an emergency refill is needed.
Great prices and the service here is great! Moving from Texas I had no idea about Propane and my tech was very helpful in helping answer any questions, and he was very friendly also! Thanks for keeping us warm!!
