Customer service was great. I called when the temperature was dropping and I was almost out of propane. Someone promptly showed up and filled my tank.
Coldest time of the year. Placed an order for a fillup. They said it would be seven days before they could deliver, got a conformation number. Day comes no delivery, so I call. They said do to road conditions they were not able to deliver and canceled the order. Why cancel the order?? Now I am forced to resubmit the order placing me back at the bottom of the list, waiting yet another week.
