extremelt rude new york woman who sets up billing. says things like i can see why you are divorce. inappropriate. never do busy with this company even if the gas was free. my advice is to send her to a class to learn how to speak to people.
The delivery was exactly a ordered. Tank filled. Receipt left where I would find it. Driver waist and out without disturbing anyone and without disturbing the dogs. Job well done.
As power of attorney and caretaker for my mom, Ferrell gas has been easy to work with. They've been relatively fast with deliveries, and so far, few complaints. I was told last year that "we're gonna lock in your rate" which I thought was nice. That was for $2.99 per gallon. This year, I was told that the rate was locked in at $3.10. I said, I think it was actually $2.99. At no point was I told this was a $60.00 annual fee, and I simply paid the bills as they came in.
