Of course it snowed between the time I called and Delivery so I faithfully shoveled a path. It just turned out that my driveway was blocked when he showed up - but that didn’t stop him from delivering. There was another path from the road that he has used in the summer and he used that as if it were no big deal. It had deeper snow on it. I really hope he didn’t mind too much but that just goes to show how the folks at Ferrell Gas are willing to do what it takes to provide excellent service.

I think it’s a shame when you can’t fill your tank up without being charged extra money on the side. I like to keep my tank filled up when it reaches 50% but they tell me if they come out they’re gonna charge me an extra $75 to fill it I think that’s not right. What difference does it make if it’s at 40 or 50 I am a senior citizen and Social Security checks don’t go far and with the economy nowadays, I am suffering by the time my tank reaches 40% it will probably cost me about $600 $600. I really don’t have.

We ordered our tank to be filled. We had a ton of issues. They couldn’t find it once. They couldn’t get back a couple times. Also we didn’t hear from them. We had to call and find out. It took so long that our tank was completely empty and it was freezing outside. We were extremely disappointed on how this was handled. Not sure what other companies we can use out there because we can’t have this happen again.
