You'll feel more like a victim of a crime than a valued customer, because that's exactly what's happening.
I've contacted Ferrellgas multiple times to deliver propane when the tank was at 30%, then at 20%, then at 10%, until it ran dry. My property is at a location that is not often plowed (controlled by association) and so I did understand that the propane would not get delivered when I wanted it. I have asked the dispatcher to send a truck there when conditions allow. They only put in a ticket, then the driver refused, then it resets?! Really?! Why?!
