For 6 years when I mow around their tank I smell propane. They've charged me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to see if their tank is leaking. This year in April I shut the tank off and it had just under 50%, now after being shut off for 5 months it has less than 15%. I highly advise you to go somewhere else for your propane needs

To start with i placed an order to have my 100 gallon cylinder filled, took over a month of calling to find out that they were no longer using cylinders, they put my order to the side without notifying. Then replaced cylinders with a pig tank, during the replacement they delivered new tank filled and didn't relay info to delivery so they could cancel the tanker truck, as you can see in the photos the tanker showed up 2 days after placement to fill and without asking, just backed right in to my driveway and fell through. The ferrellgas tank was here when I bought the place I had know idea that if you don’t buy gas in a year, you get charged $70. My gas tank was over 50% full, so there was know need to get my tank filled. Instead I was punished for not purchasing the gas. Such a shame that in this day & age businesses need to swindle their customers!!! Shame on you!!!!

I requested my tank to be filled by phone. I had a account to do this . At 30 percent a week and half later no refill. So I went in to local office. Paided to have it refilled, they tok my money before I could walk out of the office. I got my tank refilled two weeks later. The gauge showed below zero. Service was below standard. Customer service none. Phone lines could never get a real person. Thes is not the company or two years ago.
