Had to call when the tank reached zero, as an auto fill customer. Called jan 3rd 2024, scheduled for delivery Jan 15th. Delayed for 5 to 7 days, notifed of this by email. Call again on the 26th as we still have not recieved propane. Notified that we are now scheduled for delivery no later then jan 30th by the automated service. Tried to contact via office number at 930am monday, got the automated out of office reply. Used the online chat function got told that by contacting them as an autofill customer i was now on their wil... read more
I've done business with Ferrellgas since 1978. Prices are better than natural gas, and customer service is superb!
