I like the ease of ordering online and the quick response. My driver, John, is a great guy. I appreciate how he takes care to make sure my animals are safe. I have free range ducks and other critters that like to hang out in the driveway. He is very kind and gives them time to get out of the way. This means a lot to me.
The driver was friendly, we chatted while he filled the tank.
Neighbors tell me I'm paying a lot more for my propane. They gave me a cost comparison and if I owned my own tank I would get someone else.
Hands down the best out there. Very honest and trustworthy company. I have had interactions with the corporate level to the local office. They go the extra mile for their customers, and you are treated as important to them. Unlike the other propane companies out there, It is very obvious it is not only one part of the company but the company as a whole.
