Ferrell gas was awful. Did not seem concerned at all that we would run out of heat, but still gave us a delivery date over a week out. I had to hire another provider, and still with over a week, their tank sits in my yard to pick up.

Just had them drop and hook up a 500 lb tank, great price on gas and excellent service. Installer was friendly and did excellent work.

Excellent on site service from the technician. Setting up the appointment is a bit complicated. One cannot contact the local provider, instead one needs to talk to a call center and receive an appointment date days later via text.

Worst gas delivery service company ever. This is not the first time we’ve gotten screwed by Ferrellgas. Only reason we use them is because their tank was here when we bought the house, but this is the last time we’re going to fill it, once we use this gas up, we’re going with a different, smaller, local company. This is our latest experience with Ferrellgas. We requested a fill when we got to 20%. Beginning of winter was pretty mild, so didn’t go through much at first. I can not speak more highly of Lee Shull and his professionalism with Ferrell gas!!!
