Unfortunately Ferrellgas is the definition of the bait and switch. Watch your gallon rate very closely. We moved 4 of our 24 commercial locations to Ferrell 5 years or so ago (after more than a year of the manager at the time, Geoffrey calling on us). For the first 2 years they mostly stood behind their promises, since then you have to watch your bill like a hawk. We contacted this company two weeks ago when we needed gas, but they took an excessive amount of time to "arrive", finally "showing up" five days later. However, they made a MISTAKE by inputting our address incorrectly in their system and called us to rectify it, assuring us that the gas was on its way. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive that day, and the same person we spoke to on the phone a week prior postponed our order for an entire additional week. This place is closed. We were here at 1030 am and there was a little sign on the door. We were unable to turn around in their parking lot and had to unhitch. Ferrel gas is very irresponsible and displays poor business practices. A simple chain across the parking lot and an updated website would have prevented us wasting time here.
