Great service! Have been taking care of me for over 10 years now!
I’ve had Ferrellgas deliver several times to my cabin on Skyline drive but this time was different. They wouldn’t deliver!!! I made my delivery request and my credit card was charged. They drove down the road to my cabin and turned around and went back. They claimed the road was too bad even though they drove through any potentially “bad spots” all the way to my property. I had to call several times to figure out what happened since no gas was delivered and the refund took over one month to get my money back! I’m still a bit... read more

I have horses on my property. The driver was concerned about them and refused to deliver. This was the first time this has ever happened. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I was asked to write instructions. So I took the time to do so and that wasn’t a big hardship. The process is pretty simple. Common since has been the process. I’ve had them deliver for a couple of years now and every time they have been prompt and the drivers have been friendly and courteous. I’m in Skyline Mountain Resort and never had a problem with delivery. Definitely would recommend them
