I just purchased an off grid property and was in contact with Ferrelgas and Amerigas. Both were very nice on the initial contact. Both seamed very eager to help me out. But scheduling with Amerigas seamed to be very complex and needed maximum effort and multiple phone calls. The flip side, scheduling with Ferrelgas was much easier. Absolutely an amazing company! Every customer service representative I’ve spoken to has been nothing but wonderful and so helpful! My delivery driver Colton C is absolutely amazing, I let him know I do have an aggressive dog and he took the time to meet her and even she loved him. Everyone is so personable and so helpful! I’m so happy I left my previous propane company who was a nightmare to come to this company and be treated with such kindness. I’d give 10/10 star reviews for all
I was very happy with them getting me propane. I was planning to use Amerigas and it was a nightmare. They came out three times and each time and weren't able to do a safty check or get my tank filled. Plus they didn't even show up one time after waiting from 7 am until 7 pm . What a joke. I called Ferrell Gas and got a live person right away, they came out the next day on time, checked my tanks and filled it up for less per gallon them Amerigas. I am very happy with their service.

I’ve had Ferrellgas deliver several times to my cabin on Skyline drive but this time was different. They wouldn’t deliver!!! I made my delivery request and my credit card was charged. They drove down the road to my cabin and turned around and went back. They claimed the road was too bad even though they drove through any potentially “bad spots” all the way to my property.
