I have horses on my property. The driver was concerned about them and refused to deliver. This was the first time this has ever happened. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I was asked to write instructions. So I took the time to do so and that wasn’t a big hardship. The process is pretty simple. Common since has been the process. I’ve had them deliver for a couple of years now and every time they have been prompt and the drivers have been friendly and courteous. I’m in Skyline Mountain Resort and never had a problem with delivery. Definitely would recommend them
Recently switched from another national propane supplier and have had a great experience with the office and field staff.
Do not buy your propane from this company. Last December I almost ran out of propane. I called to get a fill they filled my neighbor, and billed me. After calling and complaining that I hadn't received a fill. The driver came by, and admitted he delivered to the wrong house. I've been billed for two other fills that I haven't received. I've called and complained about it all summer long. Nothing but crickets from their end. Their customer service is horrible. Run away from this propane supplier. They truly suck.
