Very unfriendly customer service Very misleading pricing info
I would give zero rating if I could. I called, they said they could fill cylinder, so I took half a day off work to drive 20 miles to the location. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there, I was told to leave cylinder and they might get it filled in four days, and might call me back to come pick it up in a week. No one on site to fill cylinders. Don't bother these folks, they don't want your business, customers are apparently an inconvenience.
We paid for and placed an order for propane on January 8, when we had 30% showing in the tank. We have been given multiply delivery dates, but they have yet to show up. According to their records, we are down to 7%. At one point, they used the excuse that our road was too muddy. We have had the road graded twice since then, with sunny and 60°+ weather. This is the first time our road has ever been an excuse for lack of propane deliveries in 18 years. This is the worst customer service we have ever received.
