twice last year (in the middle of winter and a "cold spell", we fell below 10%, and once below 5%, of our tank capacity. This is unconscionable and we will be changing propane suppliers tgis year.

Update: based on others reviews I emailed the email in the response at the same time I posted and no response on that email! So thanks for the “blanket response” of being so shocked and concerned. February 2024 driver delivers propane to my brand new 1000 gallon buried propane tank. Driver then drives away with hose still connected to my tank. Destroying the fill nozzle and doing approx 7k worth of property damage. May 1st 2025 Ferrell gas as still not repaired or replaced my tank! 2 above ground rusty tanks in my yard as te... read more
