Update: based on others reviews I emailed the email in the response at the same time I posted and no response on that email! So thanks for the “blanket response” of being so shocked and concerned. February 2024 driver delivers propane to my brand new 1000 gallon buried propane tank. Driver then drives away with hose still connected to my tank. Destroying the fill nozzle and doing approx 7k worth of property damage. May 1st 2025 Ferrell gas as still not repaired or replaced my tank! 2 above ground rusty tanks in my yard as te... read more
Ferrell Gas is always on time with our propane delivery and even left dog treats for our dog today!! So very much appreciated!
Ran out of fuel two times in a row because the driver couldn't make it up my clear driveway, not even a phone call saying they weren't coming and then they canceled my delivery twice, do not get fuel from these guys you will regret it. On top of all that the women in the office hung up on me multiple times, this company will take your money and not deliver then treat you like a scumbag for calling to see where your fuel you paid for is.....I don't even want to give them 1 star
Horrible.. Horrible customer service. On automatic delivery , I ran out 3 times. Had to call and call for emergency delivery, and they tried to charge me for it, which I had called prior about my fuel percentage. Was told they are behind in deliveries. Ask for management to call me back, and I never received a call. Will be changing to another company!
Order early and often, 14+ days for a delivery in winter. Always understaffed and full of excuses. Wouldn’t recommend.
