If I could give zero stars, I would. Ferrellgas has a unique business model: be unavailable when customers need propane during the heating season, then become impossible to get rid of once customers find a more reliable provider. Nothing builds confidence quite like wondering whether your propane supplier will actually keep you supplied during the winter.
