The worst possible propane company in the capital region… do your own research before you do business with them. Simply type in facebook and see how many complaints of this company leaving people without propane in the northeast during the middle of winter. Also check there BBB complaints.. Long story short, had them set tanks and let them know at 35% and ordered a delivery, was told 10 days after order. 10 days came and went and was then 14 days. I called the first week of dec. to place a order , i was told that i would get my order before the 24 th of dec which would be almost 3 weeks but i might receive it before then. well my tank was getting low so i called on the 24th of dec, and was told i couldn''t get it filled until the 29th, i was not happy. i had to turn my heat down to try too make it last until you could fill my tanks filled. it got cold at night but me and my family managed to get through until i got a fill on the 29th. I placed and order 17 days ago. I still have not received my delivery. They allowed me to run out of gas and just kept telling me the trucks coming. But took my money on the day I ordered it. Offered me a $50 credit....really
I only problem with Ferrellgas is that how ever they calculate what you have in your tank is always incorrect no matter how many times we’ve addressed this problem every year they just can’t get it right. Especially when you’re on keep full. We are hoping that they could figure out how to resolve this issue. Our last delivery we had not even 1 percent in the tanks and once again we had to call them.
Very bad service we have waited 17 days for service and keep getting the run around they don't seem to care about customer service just take the money and run they have not been honest with us and keep us hanging on a delivery so we will cancel with them and never us there service again
