Been long term customer only to get screwed over this past year charged extra fees after asking for complete fill finding out was partially filled and ran out then charged $200-$300 in fees for having furnace lighted emergency fill thst took 2 days during -35 temps out shopping around this season after several years
Service was fine, tank rental price was getting out of hand, switched to another provider with no tank fee.
Always very happy with our on time deliveries and friendly service. The “keep filled” program works GREAT!
Biggest scam in America. They over charged me about 900 dollars. Buyers beware.
