Be Aware!! I would not recommend this company.. They have a expired ph who u call and they took my card number and took payment and turned out to be a scam.. They promised me again I would only need to pay half the tank before they deliver and would send me a record of payment and haven’t received anything to this day! Deal with those who care about their client that are a scam and a Joke!!!
Terrible off shore customer service! They act like they can do whatever they want because there is little to no competition in rural areas. They charge you $300 for an urgent/emergency delivery, then don't even deliver in the given window. Find any other provider if you can. These clowns are a scam!
My deliveries are made in a very timely manner. Ferrellgas does an excellent job of taking care of their customers. I could not be more pleased with the customer care and support.
I’m really happy with my Ferrellgas service. They are a great company to work with. The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I have called the representatives have been helpful and quick to help with any questions or issues. Kudo’s on the fantastic service.
I had service switched to me after inheriting a home from a family member who passed. Upon setting up the account, I was placed on a pay-as-needed plan. I was given the info to log onto my online portal. I had gas left in the tank that was already paid for going into this past winter. I found that at the end of December, we probably would not have enough gas to get through to warmer weather.
