On a Saturday I was doing yard work and smelled propane, I shut off the gas valve at the tank. I called on a Monday about a gas leak because it wasn't an emergency. They sent a gentleman out to find the leak and it was the valve and even leaking a little when shut off. It was not fixed for a few days, no big deal because it was warm out. They still charged me $200 for the emergency call out. What about the last guy that filled my tank and left with the gas leaking? What about the days it took to fix the bad valve? What a Great company. Great service. great workers.
I am an elder and unable to get to the meter to determine percentage. Ferrellgas has me on a keep fill basis and for that I am so grateful. Their delivery driver Matt Guibord checked for a reported possible leak by the stove and reassured me..he was so polite and helpful. Thank you Matt and Ferrellgas
