i called 10 days before my delivery date as i was down to 205% I WAS RUDELY TOLD THETY WOULD BE THERE ON THE DAY I WAS DUE....I EINDED UP BEING EMPTY IN ONE TANK AND ONLY 10% also i was told i would be billed for what turned out to be 150 gallons and was bill $533 for 190????? not a happycamper...do you not have computers checking thie tanks??? if not , i feel i will have to go to one that does. auto fill should not be less than 20% . your prices are also a bit higher but if my service had been ok i would have been ok with t... read more
My wife's parents ran out of fuel on a Sunday, they are on automatic delivery. Called the after hours number for an emergency delivery and the women on the phone said they were backed up and they could not deliver today. I told her they were in their 80s and needed heat and her response was "unfortunately propane is not regulated in NYS like other utilities and there is nothing I can do, have them plug in some space heaters". We will be switching providers on Monday.
I’m extremely disappointed that a locally owned business decided to refuse a propane delivery to my elderly step father who has COPD with other heath issues after he called this past Wednesday explaining he’s down to 10%. Their lovely receptionist said “that will get you through the weekend” as a response???? He ran out yesterday and had to call around to see what he could do as it was obviously an emergency! First time customer. A few minor issues cleared up with a phone call. Pleasant call people to deal with and very accommodating to my requests and questions .
