I've never had. A problem i'm very satisfied
I was told they automatically send someone when the tank hit 20%, yet here I am at 10-12% with no confirmed delivery. With temperatures at 1 degree and kids in the house, this is not a situation anyone should have to deal with. Customer support has been no help—impersonal and seemingly unaware of what’s going on. Horrible service let a women with 3 small children in the home go without delivery for 9 days now took the money out of account right away of course. We are busy and can't free up a truck but for a 200 dollar fee we can get a truck to you. She will be switching providers at the end of this heating season. As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves

Tank leasing fee, annual fee, tank pickup fee, and the highest prices around. $220 just to pickup the tanks that you already pay them for! Also, the woman on the phone is very rude, interrupts like crazy, and tries to convince you that everyone charges these fees. Well, I found a local propane supplier that charges NONE of these fees and is 50 cents less per gallon too. I wish I'd have switched sooner instead of giving this company my business for 2 years.
