Can always rely on Ferrellgas to deliver Propane on or before the date promised. The employees that I have interacted with are always professional, respectable and courteous. Propane was recently delivered to my address by mistake and Ferrellgas fully resolved the issue.
Customer for 12 years with minimal issues. This year though has been unacceptable! We are on 3 week auto refil, they never came. Called and the truck came but the driver refused to come up the driveway. We plowed again, driver came again and refused to attempt to deliver. Called dispatch, she told us "I can't make the driver go up the driveway". This was after 30 minutes of being on hold and countless disconnects. Worst customer service, dismissive, unhelpful.
