Terrible top to bottom. So many other companies you can pick from!!
Can always rely on Ferrellgas to deliver Propane on or before the date promised. The employees that I have interacted with are always professional, respectable and courteous. Propane was recently delivered to my address by mistake and Ferrellgas fully resolved the issue.
Customer for 12 years with minimal issues. This year though has been unacceptable! We are on 3 week auto refil, they never came. Called and the truck came but the driver refused to come up the driveway. We plowed again, driver came again and refused to attempt to deliver. Called dispatch, she told us "I can't make the driver go up the driveway". This was after 30 minutes of being on hold and countless disconnects. Worst customer service, dismissive, unhelpful. i called 10 days before my delivery date as i was down to 205% I WAS RUDELY TOLD THETY WOULD BE THERE ON THE DAY I WAS DUE....I EINDED UP BEING EMPTY IN ONE TANK AND ONLY 10% also i was told i would be billed for what turned out to be 150 gallons and was bill $533 for 190????? not a happycamper...do you not have computers checking thie tanks??? if not , i feel i will have to go to one that does. auto fill should not be less than 20% . your prices are also a bit higher but if my service had been ok i would have been ok with t... read more
My wife's parents ran out of fuel on a Sunday, they are on automatic delivery. Called the after hours number for an emergency delivery and the women on the phone said they were backed up and they could not deliver today. I told her they were in their 80s and needed heat and her response was "unfortunately propane is not regulated in NYS like other utilities and there is nothing I can do, have them plug in some space heaters". We will be switching providers on Monday.
