I posted a review approximately a week ago, which I deleted because a manager from Glade Spring, VA. came to my home to find out what they could do to solve the issues that I am having. I thought after his visit things were taken care of. WRONG!! I am in the process of having a generator installed, that contractor has completed his work & is waiting on the gas company. I deleted last year's negative review because Ferrellgas has improved their website and because this year's delivery didn't take as long. I understand delays, they happen, especially in bad weather but I expect honest communication. The other factor is understanding that the 'fill the tank when it reaches 30%' rule is pretty much nonsense. After being very nervous about my delivery last year, the driver told me I could go down to 6% with no problem. So I wasn't as worried. The drivers have been great, very personable. Best service
When we moved here, I had a 125 tank which needed to be filled. Upon calling around, FerrellGas could get to me the quickest. And I've stayed with them in the 5 years since. I have a great Customer Service lady I deal with when I need propane. I get great pricing and deliveries are done quickly, within a few days, usually 3-7 days. None of the propane companies will deliver the day you order as they all seem to work certain regions on different days.
