When we moved here, I had a 125 tank which needed to be filled. Upon calling around, FerrellGas could get to me the quickest. And I've stayed with them in the 5 years since. I have a great Customer Service lady I deal with when I need propane. I get great pricing and deliveries are done quickly, within a few days, usually 3-7 days. None of the propane companies will deliver the day you order as they all seem to work certain regions on different days.
This is my first gas company ive dealt with personally but i talked to others in the area during my search, the others had their weird complicated rules (have to have a gas furnace, water heater etc etc) so be careful and pay attention to the fine print.. So far so good! Used few years now. Competitive pricing and quick delivery time
Horrible customer service. Waited 1 month for a refill when it was 5 degrees, and now waiting for 1 month to get the tanks picked up. Always get the run around from there “customer service app and people”. WILL NOT RECOMMEND! If you can get the local guys number, it is a much better experience. Willing to go out of his way and help however is needed.
