Absolutely poor customer service with online services. You won't get a return call after requesting such to keep from holding on the phone waiting to be waited on. This has happened to me twice in the last couple weeks. I also went online and placed an order for a delivery with our card on file, and it stated the delivery would by Dec. 19th and no delivery by mid-day so i had to call twice because my requested callback, once again did not happen and they stated it was cancelled because it was not paid for when in fact we hav... read more

Quoted $3.85 from ferrel, $2.95 from another local company. I got a card in the mail for a fall discount rate. The telephone contact acted like she was totally unaware then told me it was$3.85 a gallon. So much for customer service.
I have been waiting on a "New Gas" install for 2 months for an all electric house in Brandon. This is 4th company that I have called because the other companies never show up or call you back. And guess what...Ferrellgas scheduled me for an install with only a 2 business day wait. I'm not sure why I didn't call them first since I actually used them before at a house in Florence and they had came out the next day.
