The worst gas company in Mississippi!!! I had the worst experience with Ferrell gas and will never use them again. Not only did they put my gas into somebody else's gas tank but then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my gas meter that was wrong. I ran out of gas in 30 degree weather due to their incompetence. When I spoke to a manager I got the nastiest response she even went as far as trying to argue that I had my dates wrong as if that matters. Ferrellgas was very responsive to my recent order for Propane just prior to a recent bad weather even here. They have always provided great service to us
Absolutely poor customer service with online services. You won't get a return call after requesting such to keep from holding on the phone waiting to be waited on. This has happened to me twice in the last couple weeks. I also went online and placed an order for a delivery with our card on file, and it stated the delivery would by Dec. 19th and no delivery by mid-day so i had to call twice because my requested callback, once again did not happen and they stated it was cancelled because it was not paid for when in fact we hav... read more

Quoted $3.85 from ferrel, $2.95 from another local company. I got a card in the mail for a fall discount rate. The telephone contact acted like she was totally unaware then told me it was$3.85 a gallon. So much for customer service.
