I love working with Ferrellgas. They have always taken care of us. When my husband passed the last thing I thought of was the propane. Well It ran down to 5%. Ferrellgas was out to fill it up immediately. I am so grateful. I will continue using Ferrellgas because of their great service.
Before the first snow storm I ordered gas early but was more than 2 weeks out getting just cuz I did not cook or prim heat. Thats what rep told me. I understand Others wait till last min but I ordered a week early. But that heat is only heat in that area. It should not matter what I use gas for.
We had been Ferrellgas customers since relocating here in 2020. The prior homeowner had also been a customer. For nearly 5 years, they came and filled our tank, which is buried, without hesitation. In February, they filled the tank. The administrative assistant then contacted us to say that because tank was buried, they could no longer fill. No explanation as to what led to the decision could be given. We contacted the city to see if we were out of compliance with them. We were grandfathered in as far as city was concerned. ... read more
