Have had them for 6 years. Cheap propane and always deliver within 4-5 days of ordering. Very happy with them.
I first hired Ferrelgas in the fall of 2024 to supply propane to heat my home. I asked for 2 120 gallon tanks to be set. They refused and only set one tank. The first delivery was fine. I ran out of propane in 15 days. I called in for a delivery. They came 10 days after I ran out in December. 10 days after the delivery I asked for another delivery. I got a message 15 days later saying that the driver couldn't get in my flat plowed driveway at 8pm on a Saturday so they canceled my delivery. I checked my security cameras at th... read more
We have not really had any issues but after reading about people running our of propane I'm concerned. We have a longer uphill driveway & try to keep it cleared but sometimes they don't make it the day they have scheduled. Luckily I can see online when they're on the way and we can plow & sand & hope for the best. We normally order when we're at 40%
I appreciate the prompt attention to our calls and delivery requests. Very thankful for the pricing also.
Times have changed, staff has changed. I have been a customer For 50 years. I use to give raving reviews, as with the changing times I will leave this review unanswered.
