All the 15 years with Ferrellgas the delivery men are excellent and hard working. But in recent years it is the extreme poor management that causes the company's poor ratings. Their workers have to suffer as well.These are management men you would not want to hire.
We have had zero problems since switching to Ferrellgas. They have provided prompt and professional service that we are very happy with. Thank you!
Down to 12 percent in the tank. Promised two times they would be delivering on specific days and they have not shown up. So they lied to me two times. I have not had a delivery since end of December so two months ago and we are on auto delivery. I very likely will run out. I have no idea what is wrong with the company but it is not ethical to put people in this situation. Absolutely terrible company!! We have been waiting for a month for fuel in a home with 3 kids under 8 years old! Everytime I call the date gets pushed back farther. This company has terrible customer service and I recommend NOT going with these guys! We will be switching companies as soon as winter breaks!
Ferrellgas always comes through for us. Winter time deliveries are always a challenge for us. Our driveway is not for the faint of heart. Kudos to the truck drivers, they have never failed to deliver.
