Called Ferrelgas because my tank was down to 35% and the customer service was great, the price was great and the guy who filled my tank was a ninja. In less than 48hrs I had a full tank, can’t beat it.

Always on time. Very friendly. Meets my needs promptly. Heather has always been there for me and now Christie has been wonderful for me. Ferrellgas will always be my go to for my gas.

I’ve had great service from Ferrell Gas in Dunlap, TN for seven years and have found them to be perfectly responsive to my requests for gas. I went to their office today and Martha was very helpful and friendly. The people who deliver my gas always do a good job and know what they are doing!

I see a lot of customers have had bad experiences with Ferrellgas but thankfully our deliveries have been when they said they would,the prices have been fair. I called several times and couldnt get an answer then got an email about deliveries so I took advantage of the opportunity and ordered that way. My personal experiences all been no big deal but unfortunately not all customers have been as fortunate.Jeff Langford.......customer.

I received 2 notices in the mail that if I ordered gas refill I would receive $25 off my bill. So, I called and $25 was deducted from my bill. After waiting 3 weeks for the refill finally arrived then 1 week later I received a bill in the mail stating I owed $25 and it was PAST DUE! So I had to pay the bill. I will never believe anything else they say and never order from them again.
