poor customer service. took 2 weeks to deliver to my parents home.They did not care .i called numerous times was hung up on once. i called and ordered propane in advance before the snow storm. the fifth person i talked to said well it takes 2 weeks to get propane. Which is ridiculous i had issues last year with the delivery at the steelville address. i would not recomend them for your propane needs. i was a customer with amerigas for over 30 years . Sat on hold for 45 minutes from 4:15 until 5 o’clock, when they close. I am without heat right now and I simply needed a pilot light ignition. Terrible customer service.
I don't have to worry about running out of gas with Ferrellgas' keep-filled service.
Service (three task areas) was provided quickly (within 48 hours) and efficiently. Appreciated the great customer service.
