I like working with ferrellgas.
Ferrelgas delivered propane to the wrong home, I was very frustrated and stressed thinking I would be out of propane before they would deliver it. My husband normally orders the gas and I had to order it this time. 20% when called Ferrelgas and specifically said the newer home "deliver to the newer home". Was almost out of gas when received. it the stress I am dealing with and they provided no compensation for their error. I requested a discounted price. Ferrelgas charged me the full price. UGH!!
Helpful and friendly staff! I went to them to inquire about personal propane refills, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I got the information I needed.
Faulty Gauges. They replaced parts on our Tank without Telling us. I know ours was leaking, and I was incapacitated from carbon monoxide. They dont monitor or shut the tank off if under 10%. If it does go under it leaks out due to low pressure. The original tank worked and the new parts on this one, I suspect, led to my accident where my house went up in flames.
