took 3 weeks to get propane delivered. did not have long enough hose to reach the tank which ferrell gas installed had to go thru neighbors yard to fill the tank. when requested propane the operator told me if didn't have enough room in tank to put 200 gallons they would put the rest in the atmosphere so I would not have to pay the $75 delivery fee. My tank was about 15% of a 500 gallon tank. when they finally did arrive they did not have enough propane to fill my tank.
Facts: The Propane is cheap. Yah! Pros: I've got nothing Cons: The company is run by a computer. So, no customer support. You need fuel, good luck. *The last three times they delivered, they tossed the receipts out onto the front lawn * The customer support line told us that there is a minimum delivery and its 75 dollar charge if that's not met, but don't worry, we'll release the rest of the gas into the atmosphere to avoid this...They actually said that over the phone *When the driver showed up last week, his hose was way t... read more
Spot on company. Not many good companies out there anymore.
Very unprofessional and very disrespectful they’ve hung up on us multiple times and they refuse to work with us on a rented tank don’t use this company
