I live in West Virginia and the nearest Ferrellgas is in Barnesville OH. My sister in law literally lives right next store to us. She called to have her tank filled so I called and ask if they could just top off our tank since they were there and I was told because are tank was not at 25% we would be charged $75.00 additional since we had over 25% in our tank. FUZZY MATH................I ordered 200 gal in August at $1.79/gal when my tank gauge showed 36%. With all the fees, my total cost was $423.67. This was paid in full in advance. My gauge now shows 72%...it's not perfect. I received a Statement on 8/22/24 stating $0 balance. Five days later, I received another statement stating a balance of $27.23. Ferrellgas claims they gave me 218.7 gals although I ordered 200 gals; further my gauge shows 72% which equates to 36 new gallons in the tank. I find myself not trusting Ferrellgas

I have been a customer for 5 years there prices are good the service is very good everyone is very nice my only problem is that I get charged for rent on there tank, if I'm already buying the propane from your company I shouldn't be charged rent on your tank, by charging your customers rent your prices are the same as everyone else's
