I never have any issues with getting my deliver when I order it. The who staff is very professional.
Sorry. But not impressed. Made order because of unexpected usage. Very worried about bad weather. Waited 2 weeks plus for delivery.

I live in West Virginia and the nearest Ferrellgas is in Barnesville OH. My sister in law literally lives right next store to us. She called to have her tank filled so I called and ask if they could just top off our tank since they were there and I was told because are tank was not at 25% we would be charged $75.00 additional since we had over 25% in our tank.
