Everyone I've talked to has always been super helpful and friendly. The drivers are sneaky silent, lol, and half the time I don't even realize they stopped by! I have pre-pay as that is how I prefer it. Service has always been within 10 days and the two times I didn't pay attention to our tank and let it go almost out (shut off before it was empty), they were able to fill within 3-4 days. Just recently moved into a house, two different Michigan certified home inspection companies cleared our house for move in ready and then suddenly when Ferrellgas comes to fill our propane tank they deem the lines as unsafe and shut off our access to the gas. Was on the phone for over three hours the other day trying to get someone out here to fix it and they ended up hanging up on me at 5 o’clock when their day ended.
