Extremely professional business and extremely excellent delivery service.
Not sure why you can't notify the customer when you have them scheduled. This is a seasonal cottage and I have to keep the driveway open for the delivery. Last year the driver refused to deliver because there was no evidence it had been plowed ( less than 2 inches on the ground). When I was notified I told them that they never use the driveway and they park at the end on the road (gravel dead end) and walk the hose to the tank. They said they can't do that. Ferrellgas won't allow poor families to make monthly payments to keep warm or cook! They let my family and I freeze in a Michigan snow storm with subfreezing temps all because it took them 2 weeks to deliver propane. While waiting on the delivery we ran out now they get more money because they pressure tested my tank, not even telling me just sent a bill. I am hoping to be completely off propane by this coming winter. My feelings are still the same here. Poor people can't afford propane!
I've really had no bad experiences with them. I do understand they have a lot of people to service, so they can't always get to me right away. They're always very clear on giving me a time frame of when they can come for a refill, so I do my best to make sure I still have enough to get me through when I call. They've always been helpful and courteous over the phone with me. I have no complaints.
