I had sone concerns with Ferrellgas. However, when I called they Listened, Responded Professionally and favorably, and kept me as a customer. I really appreciated that.
We were at our vacation property on Jan. 13 to repair problems. Ran out of propane on the 14. Temps both these days was in the 40's with the roads mostly clear. Called to get a delivery on the 14 and was told they were to busy. Had us call the 15 to see if they could deliver this day. They said we were on the schedule for that day. Delivery never arrived. Called the next day to find out what happened. We're told the road was to slippery for the truck to get back up. Delivery was scheduled for Jan. 22. Had to use our electric... read more
