I've really had no bad experiences with them. I do understand they have a lot of people to service, so they can't always get to me right away. They're always very clear on giving me a time frame of when they can come for a refill, so I do my best to make sure I still have enough to get me through when I call. They've always been helpful and courteous over the phone with me. I have no complaints.
Ferrellgas won't allow poor families to make monthly payments to keep warm or cook! They let my family and I freeze in a Michigan snow storm with subfreezing temps all because it took them 2 weeks to deliver propane. While waiting on the delivery we ran out now they get more money because they pressure tested my tank, not even telling me just sent a bill. I am hoping to be completely off propane by this coming winter

Had to prepay for gas. They couldn't put the full amount in my tank. Now I have a credit and they won't come back and fill my tank. It is not hooked to anything. I don't understand. They won't bring me 2 120 gallon tanks ask I requested. Girl I dealt with very rude. They want to inspect my service. I explained.....I do not want it inspected now...... I want 2 new tanks and a line to the house ....then they can inspect. They have my money 💰 as I paid for 120 gallons but found out I have a 57 gallon tank. Just come fill my ta... read more
