Worst customer service ever they don't have an after hours number to call no voicemail nothing for emergency. On a weekend I will be switching supplier. If I could give negative Stars I would. Needed emergency service on a weekend.
This is my first experience with LP and the tank and everything. They've been wonderful to work with, helping me get things set up so I didn't have to worry about checking the levels on the tank in the winter. They showed up last week to fill things up and I was glad they did. So far, after a year, I've gotten great customer service.
This past year I had experienced a gas leak from my LP tank. I called Ferrellgas immediately and they responded within an hour and repaired the leak successfully. The employee on the phone and worker who repaired the leak were very courteous and helpful. Thank you, Ferrellgas!!
Kelly, the delivery driver, does an excellent job! Very professional and kind.
