I have been with Ferrell around 20 years. We currently have 4 tanks. I have had a great relationship with employees from office staff to drivers, tank painters and installers. They have all been respectful and sincere to customer service. Pricing is simple. People who don't contract are in my world making a huge mistake. I know gas price in the fall for entire coming season. I have even had prices reduced when fuel prices decreased but never paid more then contract price. I believe we were charged for a 59 gallon delivery that we didn't receive in December. Were on keep full, so why only 59 gallons, and no return until I called after getting the bill. No invoice was left. When I called, they said driver had record showing trip. They did cancel 1 hazard charge and 1 surcharge for two stops. Something not right
