Called to order a delivery and was told it would be delivered today. Called to check and it had been cancelled by the driver because his time was up for the day. NOBODY called to have it rescheduled. If I hadn’t checked on it we would have never known. Very poor customer service. The gall I talked was very helpful
I have had Excl energy and We energies and Polk -Burnett with Ferrellgas I have gotten just a piss pour adatude from their phone calling them to order fuel they have delivered fuel twice both times same adatude on the phone
Worst customer service ever they don't have an after hours number to call no voicemail nothing for emergency. On a weekend I will be switching supplier. If I could give negative Stars I would. Needed emergency service on a weekend.
This is my first experience with LP and the tank and everything. They've been wonderful to work with, helping me get things set up so I didn't have to worry about checking the levels on the tank in the winter. They showed up last week to fill things up and I was glad they did. So far, after a year, I've gotten great customer service.
