Delivery service is fine. But your site for ordering needs to be upgraded. When a customer updates the tank percentage that information apparently takes some time to be reflected. This results in said customer being billed for a minimum delivery fee based on an estimated tank percentage that is no longer correct. Then said customer has to call twice even to get that $75. fee removed!
They have been a nightmare to work with. Their trucks are incapable of delivering in inclement weather, and this last time around they managed to screw up their website so it didn't allow for fill information to be added. As a bonus, the email subject and name have no reference to Ferrellgas, so you'd really have to work to see this email come in. Be it the office or the delivery drivers, I have always had excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff!
I'm a relatively new customer at this new house and was pleased to order my second refill with a delivery window of five days. The truck came as scheduled and the bill will be mailed. Just as we prefer and the price was competitive. Good to know that when my tank gets down to 30-40 percent full that I can order and not worry about running out.
