Unfortunately, my experience with Ferol gas was literally horrible. It took them a couple months to fill my tank. I did have to have a repair made on one of the valves which that part happened rather quickly. I must’ve called 20 times trying to get my tank filled. I talked to several different women. They all told me that I would be on the priority list and that they would be out the same day or the day after and it never happened. Quick delivery and great customer service!
Reasonable rates and great services.
I specifically told. the order taker., When I ordered propane that I did not need nor wants a lake detector test. I was. charged $50 for the test on my statment. I sent the payment in less. the leak detector charge. But, was later sent a statement for the $50. I have been with ferrell gas for over 20 years. and I am not happy..
This is the best propane company. The people are so nice. They are very helpful and honest and they treat me the way companies treated people years ago.
