Be it the office or the delivery drivers, I have always had excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff!
I'm a relatively new customer at this new house and was pleased to order my second refill with a delivery window of five days. The truck came as scheduled and the bill will be mailed. Just as we prefer and the price was competitive. Good to know that when my tank gets down to 30-40 percent full that I can order and not worry about running out.

The young lady that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful.
Unfortunately, my experience with Ferol gas was literally horrible. It took them a couple months to fill my tank. I did have to have a repair made on one of the valves which that part happened rather quickly. I must’ve called 20 times trying to get my tank filled. I talked to several different women. They all told me that I would be on the priority list and that they would be out the same day or the day after and it never happened.
