Excellent service!
Delivery service is fine. But your site for ordering needs to be upgraded. When a customer updates the tank percentage that information apparently takes some time to be reflected. This results in said customer being billed for a minimum delivery fee based on an estimated tank percentage that is no longer correct. Then said customer has to call twice even to get that $75. fee removed!
They have been a nightmare to work with. Their trucks are incapable of delivering in inclement weather, and this last time around they managed to screw up their website so it didn't allow for fill information to be added. As a bonus, the email subject and name have no reference to Ferrellgas, so you'd really have to work to see this email come in. Then they had the nerve to reach out and act like it's my fault that their website doesn't take required information to fill an order. To top it off, when I ordered the site correc... read more
