High prices and poor service. Ordered our propane 10 days ago and still haven't recieved it, been without heat for 2 days. When I would call to check on it and even let them know we didn't have heat they didn't even move us to a priority, just said they must be behind.
I have been very satisfied with Ferrellgas for many years. However, a tree fell on the LP tank during a storm on June 29, 2023. I could not smell any gas leaks, but I shut the tank valve off just as a precaution. I have called the number on the website and talked to very nice service people about seven times requesting Ferrellgas to come, check for leaks and start the pilot light.
