excellent service
I was very pleased with the Ferell gas representative on the phone, who helped us manage our Mini-Spilt Heat Pump rebate. Curteous, hlepful beyond the usual! Thanks Ferrellgas employee!!!
I switched to Ferrellgas because they offered an unbeatable price for propane. The service for my home has been fine so far. I also called to have my propane service switched to Ferrellgas in January when my other service provider tank was about empty. Ferrellgas said their commercial account representative would get ahold of me in the next day or so. They never did get ahold of me and so I am still using LAC at that location.
