Great customer service JP first visit figured out which tree needed to be taken out to access tank site. We'd built garage not realizing tank was blocked in. At tank installation he & helper worked hard to get furnace running. He explained how dual fuel wood boiler connection to furnace works and made suggestion to improve. He was very kind in making sure I understood and answering questions. Having my husband recently moving on to heaven this was important to me.
