Been using you for years. Get rid of *Ruby* your AI phone person. I want to speak to the nice folks that I usually do. I will change my review if she is removed. Update: last time I called in Ruby the AI was not there. Thank you.
We live year round up North. Put in for a fill on one of our tanks. It took 10 days before they could come. It was very cold and we ran out of fuel. Was charged an extra $50 because we ran out. We used over $5000.00 worth of fuel in 2025. They would not budge to forgive the $50. If they had more drivers, we would not have run out! By the way- love our driver - he is great!
