Ferrel Gas has been our propane providers for the last 10 years. We are leasing their tank. They respond to the tank level monitor, and fill the tank as needed. Their price is very competitive. I have had no complaints. Their delivery and office personnel are always professional. I have never thought about changing propane providers.
Order too soon and they charge you 150$ service charge. Order too late and wait up to two weeks and risk going a couple days without heat. Last order took two weeks and both tanks went dry. Had to go a couple days without propane so no heat and hot water. My fault for not wanting to pay $150 service charge if I ordered before the 30% mark.
I am on an automatic fill program with a real-time fuel gauge which monitors my usage 24/7. They do a good job of monitoring it and scheduling deliveries as well as being helpful when I need smaller tanks filled at their place of business.
I switched to Ferrellgas last summer and couldn’t be happier. They are dependable and friendly with reasonable pricing.
You guys are for the most part a very good company and your reps and drivers are very pleasant. I don't need reminders on my bill , I 've paid the same way for years just before I order! Had a rough 2 months. My identity was stolen and ended up with Hacking and money theft so I appreciate and will continue to do business with understanding companies! never got an answer back on the refer a friend .
