It took several years to commit to one propane supplier, but after years of being consistently cheaper and superior customer service from the telephone representative to my delivery driver, I decided to change my account status from will call to keep me filled.
Am a 'new' customer of Ferrallgas and so far the transition from my 'old' company to Farrell has been GREAT. Really friendly staff and so far the price is a lot better than what I was paying.
Much better than previous company but every bill is getting more expensive and it’s hitting us oldies hard.
Ferrel Gas has been our propane providers for the last 10 years. We are leasing their tank. They respond to the tank level monitor, and fill the tank as needed. Their price is very competitive. I have had no complaints. Their delivery and office personnel are always professional. I have never thought about changing propane providers.
Disorganized and poor communication skills.
