Ferrell gas delivered/re-filled tank in a timely manner. Customer service representative advised me of the delivery. Also, driver was very helpful & courteous at time of delivery. He made suggestions for gas tank safety use & removing a tree or relocating the tank. Overall, customer service second to none, delivery in a timely manner & reasonable prices. Kudos to the Ferrellgas Team.
I switched to Ferrell a few years ago, a friend recommended them.I used Suburban propane for about15 years, the only reason I stayed with them so long is I hate change, huge mistake!! The were so high priced. I believe Ferrell has good prices and good service.

Slightly below So-So at best. I paid up front and made sure that I put enough on deposit to fill several BBQ bottles in addition to the house tank. I set the small bottles in front of the house tank and cleaned all the spiderwebs and wasp nests from under the lid. Approx a 1 1/2 weeks later, I hadn't heard or seen anyone, so I checked the house tank and it had been filled but not the small bottles. Best pricing and customer service..We love the staff in Elk Grove Ca. We live in a rural area and the gas prices are outrageous.. we wish we would have found them sooner.
