No one ever talks to each other. I spent three hours over 4 days and every time I talked with someone, they assured me that my complaint was being processed. It never was, use campori or hunt if you in the divide. Bunch of clowns work here
Ferrell Gas has high junk fees for delivery and they never miss a month to deliver. They don’t wait until the level is 20 percent and then fill it to 80, thus increasing the overall cost.
Ferrellgas isn't all that special. They were supposed to paint our tank 4 years ago and it hasn't happened yet. We installed a propane powered generator a few years ago and I asked for a larger tank in the event the generator had to run a long time as PG&E was indiscriminately turning off our power and they had more excuses to not install a larger tank than I could count. I was so happy to get rid of my rented tank with Suburban. Never ever had a delivery with those bastards that wasn’t an argument or I felt screwed over!! By their endless cookery. I bought my own tank and hook up with Ferrellgas!! What a breath of fresh air!!! Great prices. The price you’re quoted is the price you get! Unlike Suburban quote you a price over the phone and then double it when they make a delivery!!
Sorry to pass you up this time around but another local company is offering propane over 50 cents less plus they do not have the EXTRA fees added to the bill. Will check again when winter starts.
