I was very low on propane and when I called they told me it would be 2-3 weeks to deliver. This is the first time I've used Ferrell. How can you tell a customer it will take 2-3 weeks to deliver propane in the middle of the winter with a possibility I might run out and have no heat? The woman on the phone didn't have much to say. It was delivered 15 days later. I gave them my credit card to charge the propane and when I got my bill I had a credit balance of 175.00. I asked for a check and she told me it would be 7-9 weeks. I depend on Ferrell for propane to heat my house year round. Ferrell would not come and deliver propane in the middle of winter this year. They gave one excuse after another that were not true. Their customer service was useless. I could never contact a Ferrell person in my area who was involved n my deliveries. No one from Ferrell ever contacted me regarding my problem. As a customer for four years I have nothing but good things to say about Ferrell Gas- Fast service and a better price than anyone else.
