I wish they had a minus star because that’s what you would be getting! It is unacceptable that you leave customers without propane, especially when it’s below zero at night. Your website says emergency services on weeknights and on the weekend when I inquired about emergency propane, I was told you don’t do that. You don’t do emergencies and you don’t do expedited orders. I don’t know how you guys sleep at night knowing that you do this to people it doesn’t matter if we’re elderly if we have children that are six months old ... read more
Delivery was on time and the driver was professional and courteous.
Very poor service. I called for a propane delivery on Feb 02, 2026 and did not get the delivery unitl March 20, 2026. I continually called for updates but had no luck trying to work with the delivery. I also belong to co-op fuel group who was also zero help. Both Galway Co-Op and Ferrellgas were extremely poor in customer service.
Delivered my propane at 615 at night to be sure I got my delivery. They said which day and kept their word.
