After tank refill found that security pin on my tank lid was gone. Apparently service guy took it off to refill tank and never replaced it. Very unprefessional
service was great , price was great as well. I will be calling again
Don't like that prices is based on location. Have ferrel gas company right here in my town less than a mile away but because of my ZIP code I was going to have to pay 20 cents higher per therm. Nope I got it for got 50 cents cheaper per therm from a company that's not even in the same county and a 45 minutes drive one way. Now that's customer service.
I find great phone service. Prices are outrageous though. Way over market rate.
