Keep Fill is great! Would recommend.
Problems. They have charged me a $100 fee in feb for a two day delivery request that I did not make and refuse to remove it. They also quoted me $2.10 price and are charging me $2.44.9 and will not change it. .
About to lose my service raising my bill almost $300 for o reason when I was told I was locked in and it would never change definitely won't be recommending to anyone definitely won't be talking to highly of the company
I've never been so fed up with a company as I currently am with Ferrell Gas. Customer service is no help, they transfer you and then the line disconnects and hangs up. Constantly being locked out of my account, having to change passwords and then the new passwords don't work. Customer service is a joke trying to resolve anything. They have no problem taking your money immediately but resolving an issue seems to get you absolutely nowhere. Payment processing is a joke, was told I didn't need to pay my yearly tank fee to place... read more
I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I called to have my tank painted.. It's painted. I had a strange sound from my stove and heater and I called... They sent the Wright guy! (not a typo!) Jim found that there was a faulty regulator. He set up the new regulator, adjusted the pressure and made sure everything was correct with my propane system. Keep up the great work!
