Had a gas leak. Called and had service person at my residence within an hour. Service tech. very friendly and professional. Been buying from Ferrellgas for several years and have never experienced any problems. Keep up the good work!!!
The delivery man was professional, helpful and efficient. He went beyond the norm, checking out my small tank, although the gauge seemed stuck. Office personnel also, went beyond one's expectations for today's businesses by listening to my concerns and addressing them with customer satisfaction in mind... Thank you both.
