Called and scheduled delivery on Tuesday the following week but it arrived on Thursday the same week. Happy Camper am I
While I must say Customer Service was awesome, I do give 5 stars, however I must say that their prices in reference to the the gas prices were not fair, FYI I didn't know this but you pay more for gas if you rent your tank, significantly more!!!!, now take in heed you're already paying tank rental, and renting from them, I just couldn't get that.
Tried calling for a delivery for 2 days. Said screw it and used another company. They never even answered the phone. It ALWAYS says 15 to 20 min. Wait to talk to a person, but after 16 - 18 minutes it hangs up on you. Frustrating!!!!
when your company started were I live your gas was delivered on time but know you don’t now when you will receive your order sometime 2 weeks This past winter I thought we were going to give out when the weather was really cold
I love doing business with this company,they’re very nice,and considerate when dealing with their customers,and their prices are good.
